Fees: Our fees at Royal Institute NZ are affordable and tailored to suit your individual learning needs, ensuring high-quality online tutoring without breaking the bank. 

• Tuition fees are charged based on the number of hours of tutoring per week. 

• They differ based on the Year and the subjects and setting of the tutoring either Group/Individual, call us at 027 388 4723 or 021 197 4013 and we can structure a plan for you. 

• To foster consistency and maximise learning, we recommend paying for ten sessions in advance. This approach not only helps us better allocate time and resources for our students and teachers but also encourages a dedicated commitment to the learning journey. 

• Together, we can ensure that you make the most of your academic journey! 

• We accept payment methods via Bank Transfer, all payments must be made in advance to secure the tutoring sessions

Policies: At Royal Institute NZ, we have clear and flexible policies designed to ensure a smooth, supportive, and effective learning experience for every student. 

• New students may take a trial session at a reduced rate. This trial fee will be credited towards the first full month of tutoring if the student decides to continue. 

• Discounts may be offered for referrals, siblings, or bulk session purchases. Details can be obtained upon request. 

• Our Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation by Student: 

    • Planned Cancellations like Birthdays/Holidays/Vacations must be made at least a month in advance. 

    • Unplanned Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 

    • Unplanned Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be considered in this Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation by Tutor: 

    • In the unlikely event that a tutor needs to cancel, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. 

    • A late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied if payment is not received by the due date. 

• Fees are subject to review annually. 

• Students will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
